- dry, slightly acidic, light-medium body, bitter
- smell: mountain rock
- taste: Santa Cruz forest trail (think dust, sunlight, redwoods)
: it is reminiscent of whiskey. hmm.
--> It wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't buy it again.
