Robert Mondavi / Private Reserve / Fume Blanc 2002
opened 04/15/04, $8($10), Albertson's Alameda

- smell: clean seashell, walnut, romaine lettuce, pebbles

- dry, 9 acidic, 4 light-bodied, 3 bitter

- taste: ginger, black pepper, clear broth, persimmon

- aftertaste: perks your tongue, smooth in the back of your throat, pointy at the tip.

- texture: sharp but smooth.

: more vegetable than fruit

--> I like it, and would buy it again for a higher price. Would be good with light creamy dishes. and carrots.
